Job Description
Oyster Shucking Position involves obviously shucking oysters but also grilling oysters, bringing up sacks of oysters, cleaning up the bar, dumping trash, helping bartenders, interacting with guests at the bar, basic barbacking, and numerous other tasks. This position is hard but rewarding work.
Requirements
Must be able to lift at least 50lbs., stay on feet for 8 hours, have good hand and wrist strength, have good hygiene, be on time, have reliable transportation, follow proper food safety requirements, follow instruction well, and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
